1st Reminder MACP Member Renewals due soon

17th August 2020

Dear Member

This is a reminder that your MACP Membership subscription is due for renewal on 1st October 2020

Ways to Pay:

  1. Direct Debit - This is our preferred option. Please set up your direct debit here. If you have already set up your direct debit, you do not need to do anything further.
  2. Cheque - Payable to MACP and post to PO Box 4940, Slough, Berks, SL1 0JW.
  3. BACS - The BACS details can be found in the Outstanding balances section of your member page or on your invoice when you download it as a PDF. Please put your name or Membership ID as a reference when you make the payment, as the payment cannot be allocated to you if you don't and your membership will expire.

As a reminder, fees for Full Members are £80 a year; for Associates £60 and for Affiliate Members £20.

Invoices:
An invoice will be generated in September and will be located within the "Outstanding Balances" section of the Members area of our website.

Direct Debit:
We are encouraging members to switch from Standing Order and BACS payments to payment via Direct Debit as this is much easier to administer and ultimately is a cost saving to the organisation.
To set up your Direct Debit please click here.

Please then cancel your Standing Order with your bank as we cannot cancel your Standing Order for you. (If you have already set up a Direct Debit for your membership through our website in the last year, we will automatically take your payment and you do not need to take any further action.)  You will know if you paid by Direct Debit last year as the payment history in your account will say  'Direct Debit' and have a PM number as a reference. If you paid by Standing Order it will say SO Subs.

If you set up a Direct Debit subscription between now and 1st October 2020 for your membership fees you will be entered in a draw to win free membership for a year

Like many other professional organisations, the MACP has been affected financially by the Coronavirus crisis, having to cancel many of the courses that we rely upon to generate our yearly income. Many other Professional Networks are being forced to increase subscription fees this year to meet expenditure. Fortunately, the MACP are in a very solid financial position. The Executive Committee recognises that this has been a difficult year for many members financially and we have therefore made a decision not to increase any membership fees for the next 12 months. In fact, the cost of MACP membership has not been increased for 11 years and we believe represents very good value.
