Overview of the philosophy of the course
The course is a comprehensive masters programme in manual therapy using an integrated approach with an emphasis on clinical reasoning. The course aims to build upon and progress knowledge and skills gained at both undergraduate and post-graduate CPD in the field of neuromusculoskeletal physiotherapy. The integration of research, theory and practice is emphasised as essential in developing expert practice in this field

Methods of assessment
A variety of assessment methods are used which includes practical examinations, written course work and completion of a dissertation is required for the Masters award
Clinical practice component
Two clinical placements, 3 weeks each (or equivalent of ) for the Upper and Lower Quadrant.
Exemptions to MACP membership
Eligible for associate membership at the commencement of the course
Eligible for Full membership of the MACP on successful completion of the course
